Best hotel in Cox's Bazar for couples on a budget under 3000 BDT?
We are planning a 3-night anniversary trip to Cox's Bazar next month. We are looking for a hotel that is clean, comfortable and ideally walking distance from the beach. Our maximum budget is around 3000 BDT per night. We have seen many options online but it is hard to know which ones are genuinely good. Would love recommendations from people who have stayed recently, including the hotel name, approximate price, and whether it is couple-friendly.

Adding to Tariq's answer — I'd also suggest checking Hotel Sayeman which sometimes has promotional rates that fall within your budget. Their beach-facing rooms are lovely and the hotel itself has a pool.
One important tip: always call the hotel directly instead of booking through third-party apps. You can often negotiate a better rate, especially if you mention it's for a special occasion. I saved 400 BDT per night doing this for my trip last year.
Also bring a small electric kettle or ask for one — having your own morning tea/coffee saves money since hotel room service is pricey.
